Pork medallions with roasted grapes

  • 3 thin slices of filet mignon
  • 8 grapes (white and black)
  • 1 C. liquid honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 C. coffee peanut oil
  • a knob of butter.


Wash and dry the grapes. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and brown the meat and grapes cut in half. Add the honey, mix and brown again. Add salt and pepper. Serve as is with semolina or mince meat depending on the age of your child.
