This is a perfect dessert for your Easter meal. To be tasted without moderation ... gourmands will appreciate.
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g of milk chocolate
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- 15 cl of milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 6 teaspoons of chocolate spread (Nutella)
- 18 Easter eggs in sugar
In a salad bowl, crumble the dark chocolate. In another bowl, beat the sugar and egg yolks for 2 minutes. Boil the milk and pour on the eggs while whisking.
Pour everything into a saucepan and cook without stirring over medium heat. Pour dark chocolate into the bowl and stir until melted. Let cool.
Whip the liquid cream with whipped cream and gently add it to the chocolate mixture. Pour into 6 ramekins and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie. Pour it on a large cutting board and spread it finely. Let it harden a bit and form chips by scraping with a spatula.
Unmould the perfect ones, spread them with chocolate spread and sprinkle with chips.
Decorate with Easter eggs and serve fast.
