A nice recipe of Candlemas simple and colorful for young and old!
- 1 crepe
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam and gooseberry currants
- 1 teaspoon shaved agar agar powder
- Sugar bell
In a saucepan, simmer the strawberry and currant jam and agar agar over very low heat.
Spread the mixture in the pancake, roll it and roll it up with food film before putting it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Once this time has elapsed, remove the food film and cut the roller into a slice 1.5 cm wide and prick them on skewers.
Make the remaining strawberry and currant jam shiver again with the agar agar.
Dip the rolls in the hot mixture and then add the small bell sugars to freeze them on the lollipop.
